The most basic element in accessing safety food is the audit. Food factories and suppliers regularly undergo inspections within scope of quality management safety. These audits include requirements set by current legal regulations as well issues stipulated social compliance standards. In this respect, although content mainly covers issues, there may be occupational health safety, environment, compliance, religious expectations, defense, agricultural production methods special customer expectations. Product criteria practices are published standards international standard commissions, manufacturers retailer associations, national chain markets. goal for purpose to guarantee expectations consumers. addition, it eliminate risks that arise from factories. factories, which constitute a very wide structure sector, provide serious benefits their implementation but experience some difficulties during inspection practices.
